Attorney & Co-Founder

Suzanne Boulware Cole is a co-founder of Legal Village Hub, LLC, working for charities across South Carolina. Suzy represents nonprofits in all phases of the life cycle, from launching new organizations and applying for tax-exempt status to advising established nonprofits on bylaws, corporate governance, and other legal compliance matters. Suzy also offers training for nonprofit Boards of Directors to help them effectively serve the organizations they love.
